Location:
Hacienda del Sol is a natural retreat center located within the vibrancy of the jungle near the ocean. Release With cleansing, juicing, yoga, raw food, swimming and exercise. Old tensions and weight fall away with
little effort.

Course Leaders:

Georgia Ortega has trained dancers in the San Francisco Bay Area for 25 years and is certified in Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga. She has led dance and yoga retreats in Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Brazil and Costa Rica.

Menlha Bruneau is the creator of Hacienda del Sol retreat. She will teach Rebalancing Bodywork as well as digestion and cleansing. "I am so happy to share what I know about cleansing and rebalancing. Participants in these programs become well so quickly. Returning home to our clarity and Joy is never far away when we take time to give ourselves the ingredients needed for health"

Crystal Bruneau will teach participants about preparation of food and she will prepare raw food and juices for the cleanse.

The schedule:

• March 23, 24 Raw Food
• March 25, 26, 27 Juicing
• March 28, 29 Raw Food
• During these days there will be daily yoga and either pilates or bodywork. Afternoon classes and activities in the evening could include dance, journaling, circles, and more.
