(**Outside participants are welcome to this workshop for $180**)
The healing of trauma is a natural process that is being initiated
through becoming aware of our body, thus allowing the over-activation
to find a way to discharge in a gentle way, step by step.
With somatic experiencing, trauma can successfully be healed
even if one doesn’t have memories about the event. Find
out more about this workshop here.
